Petsitting And Walking Services

Weather:  Rain, snow, sleet, or shine P.A.W.S. By Michelle will be there for you and your pets.  During the winer months the servies will be customized based on the temperature and need of pets.  If your pet is uncomfortable in the cold winter weather P.A.W.S. By Michelle will shorten the walk but use the remaining time to stay inside and play.

 

Leash & Walking Policy:  Dogs will remain on leash at all times, unless in an eclosed area such as Marc's Barc Parc. P.A.W.S. has the right to determine is safe to walk with other dogs and/or go to the dog park.  P.A.W.S. By Michelle reserves the right to to walk other dogs at the same time, but the total number of dogs walked at one time will not exceed four.

 

Cancellation Policy:  We ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellations or change of schedule, however, we all know that sometimes life happens and circumstances do arise that are unexpected.  If there is a need to cancel on your scheduled day due to inclement weather or illness, please inform P.A.W.S. By Michelle by 10am.  There will be no penalty for same day cancellation up to 3 times per quarter. 

 

Grooming Policy:  We will do our best to keep your dog as clean as possible during and after walks.  Client should leave out towels near entranceway that will be used for wet or muddy weather conditions.  

 

Payment Policy:  We accept cash, check, and for our clients convenience offer credit card payments through PayPal. Checks should be made payable to Michelle Saine.

There will be a $30.00 fee for returned checks.  

Paypal charges a 2.9% fee for all transactions, if you choose to pay via PayPal please include the additional 2.9% to your payment.
